- What happens after the 31 May Information Sheet deadline?
- Every new tenancy still needs the Information Sheet. Beyond that, Section 8 possession notices, Section 13 rent increases, and PRS database registration (required from September 2026 before serving any Section 8 notice) all require specific prescribed forms. TenancyArmour handles all of them.
