Is the Section 8 wizard legally reliable?

For complex disputes or cases involving significant sums, consult a solicitor. The form it produces is the correct prescribed form as required by gov.uk.
What happens after the 31 May Information Sheet deadline?
Every new tenancy still needs the Information Sheet. Beyond that, Section 8 possession notices, Section 13 rent increases, and PRS database registration (required from September 2026 before serving any Section 8 notice) all require specific prescribed forms. TenancyArmour handles all of them.
